All purchased items ship within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday apart from holidays. Cheryle Taylor Designs provides free USPS Priority Shipping. Tracking information is provided at the time of shipping. In-Person Pick Up is available for Buyers local to the Syracuse, NY area. Proof of purchase and photo identification are required at time of pick up. International shipping is not available currently.

IMPORTANT: Please provide your correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If your package is marked as “Delivered” and is not received, contact your local post office to locate your package and file a claim. retail policies and procedures

A lot of time and effort goes into planning and making each handcrafted bag. Great care is also taken in packaging your handcrafted bag to preserve its pristine condition while in transit to its destination. Based on the nature of these items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. A return must be pre-approved and returned within 14 calendar days of delivery receipt. All returns are subject to photo submission of the item as part of the pre-approval return process.  Send an email to contact@cheryletaylordesigns.com to initiate a conversation. Cheryle Taylor Designs reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for any returned item. The shipping cost incurred for a returned item is nonrefundable. Buyers must provide Cheryle Taylor Designs with Tracking information for all returned items. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Custom orders are encouraged. If you would like your handcrafted bag, tote or wallet in a different color, please send an email to contact@cheryletaylordesigns.com to initiate a conversation. A separate listing will be created for your custom order. All custom orders require a $50 deposit, which will be deducted from the final purchase price. Production times vary depending on the type of item ordered. Deposits on custom orders are nonrefundable. All custom orders are final sales.

Cheryle Taylor Designs has a physical presence in New York State and collects sales tax for orders shipping within this state.
